Your first session will be an opportunity to explore the reasons you’re seeking support and discuss what you hope to achieve through counselling. Our counsellors will explain how the process works and how it can help. After this session, you decide whether to continue with ongoing support.

We will not give your name or any information about you to anyone outside of Kapella, unless someone’s personal safety is at risk.
Each session is up to an hour.
We won’t be able to do this for you, we will encourage you to ask them to come with you
No, you may want to explore why you are not in a relationship, or move on from the end of a relationship, a counsellor can explore your story and talk about the impact this is having on you.
Yes, all couples will be seen individually during the assessment process.
No, we do not have childcare facilities at our location so you will need to make arrangements for your children to be looked after during your appointment this also applies to online appointments.
