Strengthen your communication and build a healthier family dynamic
At Kapella (previously Relate Birmingham & Black Country), we provide confidential, inclusive family counselling and family therapy delivered by professionally trained relationship experts. Our experienced counsellors support families to improve communication, navigate challenges, and rebuild stronger, more positive relationships.
We offer compassionate support for families experiencing conflict, major life changes, or difficulties between parents, children, siblings, or blended family members. Working collaboratively with you, our counsellors provide family guidance services designed to help your family understand each other better, reduce tension, and move towards lasting, meaningful change.
