Think ADHD

We offer ADHD Support for everyone, 7 +

We’re here to support neurodivergent minds with practical, compassionate, strengths-based care. We believe you don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to begin understanding that part of yourself and beginning to make positive change. Our services are available to anyone aged 7 and above who has a diagnosis, is waiting for one, or simply identifies with ADHD traits.

We know that ADHD can bring challenges – not just for the person experiencing the traits, but also for those around them. That’s why we provide dedicated help for children, young people, and adults living with ADHD-related difficulties, as well as guidance and practical tools for parents, carers, partners, and professionals supporting them.

What is ADHD?

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, impulse control and activity levels. But it’s much more than just being “easily distracted” or “hyper.”

It can impact daily life in areas such as learning, relationships, work, and emotional regulation. With the right support and strategies, people living with ADHD and those experiencing similar challenges like inattention, restlessness or overwhelm-can better understand themselves, develop helpful tools, and thrive in everyday life.

No two people experience ADHD in the same way. That’s why understanding your unique brain can be a powerful first step—whether you’re diagnosed, waiting, or just beginning to explore the possibility.

What are some of the challenges of ADHD?

School and Work

Struggles with focus, organisation, and meeting deadlines can lead to poor academic or work performance and difficulty following through on tasks.

Relationships

Impulsivity, difficulty listening, or inconsistent behaviour can lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, and strained relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.

Self-Esteem

Constant challenges with attention, self-regulation, and task completion can contribute to feelings of inadequacy, frustration, or low self-worth.

Emotional Wellbeing

People with ADHD may experience higher levels of stress, anxiety, or depression due to ongoing difficulties in daily life.

Physical Health

Impulsivity can lead to risky behaviours, and struggles with maintaining routines can affect sleep, diet, and exercise habits.
