We offer ADHD Support for everyone, 7 +
We’re here to support neurodivergent minds with practical, compassionate, strengths-based care. You don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin understanding yourself or making positive change. Our services are available to anyone aged 7 and above – whether you’re diagnosed, waiting to be assessed, or beginning to explore ADHD traits.
ADHD can bring challenges at home, school, work, and in relationships – not just for the person experiencing the traits, but also for those around them. That’s why we offer dedicated ADHD help for children, teens, young people, and adults, alongside guidance and practical tools for parents, carers, partners, and professionals.
Whether you’re looking for child ADHD services, ADHD support for teens, ADHD help for adults, or support with managing ADHD at home, our experienced practitioners are here to help you understand your strengths and build strategies that work in everyday life.
What is ADHD?
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects attention, impulse control, emotional regulation, and activity levels. But it’s much more than being “easily distracted” or “hyper.”
ADHD can shape daily life in many areas – learning, relationships, work, decision-making, and emotional wellbeing. With the right support, people living with ADHD can better understand themselves, build confident routines, and thrive.
We offer support tailored to:
- Children & teens through age-appropriate strategies, ADHD youth coaching, and tools for school or home
- Adults through adult ADHD services, including understanding traits, emotional regulation, and practical life skills
- Parents & carers through education, advice, and support for managing ADHD at home, strengthening family communication, and navigating challenges
No two people experience ADHD in the same way. Understanding your unique brain can be a powerful first step – whether you’re diagnosed, waiting for assessment, or exploring the possibility.
What are some of the challenges of ADHD?
School and Work
Struggles with focus, organisation, and meeting deadlines can lead to poor academic or work performance and difficulty following through on tasks.
Relationships
Impulsivity, difficulty listening, or inconsistent behaviour can lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, and strained relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.
Self-Esteem
Constant challenges with attention, self-regulation, and task completion can contribute to feelings of inadequacy, frustration, or low self-worth.
Emotional Wellbeing
People with ADHD may experience higher levels of stress, anxiety, or depression due to ongoing difficulties in daily life.
Physical Health
Impulsivity can lead to risky behaviours, and struggles with maintaining routines can affect sleep, diet, and exercise habits.
