Losing focus mid-task? Constantly misplacing things? Always running late or running over time? Forgetting birthdays, appointments and bill payments? A cupboard full of unfinished projects? Feeling like you’re always “behind,” overwhelmed, or working twice as hard just to keep up?
You’re not alone and it’s not a personal failing. Many adults live with undiagnosed or misunderstood ADHD, often carrying years of self-doubt, anxiety, or low self-esteem.
Whether you’ve recently received a diagnosis, are exploring the possibility, or simply want to understand your brain better, we’re here to help.
At Think ADHD, we offer practical, compassionate support tailored to you. Helping you build strategies, improve focus, and feel more in control of your daily life.
How we can help:

ADHD Screening Package
If you find it hard to stay focused, get organised, manage your time, or start tasks and wonder if ADHD might be the reason, our ADHD Screening Package can help.
This package is designed to help you make sense of the challenges you’re experiencing, understand which areas are affecting you most, and gain insight into how your brain works. Whether or not you go on to receive a formal diagnosis, your difficulties are valid and worthy of support.

Coaching
With or without a formal diagnosis, now is the right time to start making changes that work for your brain.
If you’re often overwhelmed, forgetful, stuck in cycles of procrastination, or frustrated that everyday tasks feel harder than they should, ADHD coaching can help you understand why and what to do next.

Coaching FAQs
Coaching costs £60 a session or £200 when booking a block of 4.
It can help you to build focus, emotional regulation, and organisation skills. It supports you to reduce daily overwhelm and boost confidence.
You’re able to attend coaching with a partner if that feels helpful. This can be especially valuable when ADHD affects your relationship or if you’re working on communication, routines, or shared challenges together.
Some people benefit from just a few sessions to help with a specific challenge, while others prefer longer-term support to build skills and confidence over time.
We usually recommend starting with 4 sessions, which gives us time to explore your goals, try out strategies, and see what’s working. After that, we can review together and decide what’s right for you going forward – whether that’s more regular sessions, occasional check-ins, pausing or ending.
You can call or email to book.
