Big feelings, busy brains, trouble focusing, or difficulty sitting still. ADHD traits can be overwhelming and frustrating, especially when you feel like you’re constantly getting things wrong or misunderstood.
At Think ADHD, we help children and young people make sense of their experiences in a way that feels safe, practical, and strengths-based. Whether diagnosed or not, we support neurodivergent minds with tools to build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.
We work with ages 7-20 through 1:1 sessions and small group work designed to feel supportive, engaging, and empowering.
How we can help:

ADHD Screening
If your child finds it hard to sit still, stay focused, follow instructions, manage time, or get started on tasks, they might be showing signs linked to ADHD. Our ADHD Screening Package helps children and young people (aged 7+) and their families start to make sense of these challenges.
The screening is designed to explore how your child’s brain works, highlight where they might be struggling, and provide insight that can help at home, in school, and in everyday. Whether or not they go on to receive a formal diagnosis, these difficulties are real and support can still make a difference.

Coaching
With or without a diagnosis, coaching can help if your child often feels overwhelmed, forgets things easily, struggles to stay organised, or gets frustrated when things feel harder than they should.
Our 1:1 coaching is age-appropriate and fully tailored to their needs and goals; whether that’s getting through the school day with less stress, managing big emotions, or finding ways to feel more in control. We focus on building practical strategies and self-belief, in a way that feels safe, encouraging, and genuinely useful.
ADHD Webinar
Trying to make sense of ADHD or looking for ways to make things feel a little easier?
With topics like Making Sense of ADHD and ADHD and Sleep, our live webinars and discussion spaces offer a relaxed and supportive way for children and young people to learn about ADHD, share experiences, and feel less alone.
Whether they’re newly exploring ADHD, have recently had a diagnosis, or are just figuring out how their brain works, these sessions offer space to:
- Understand what ADHD is and how it can affect everyday life
- Explore how it links to emotions, friendships, learning, and self-esteem
- Hear from others who feel the same
- Pick up simple, practical strategies that actually help
There’s no pressure to talk. The discussion part is always optional, and young people are welcome to listen in if that feels more comfortable.

Coaching FAQs
Coaching costs £60 a session or £200 when booking a block of 4.
It can help you to build focus, emotional regulation, and organisation skills. It supports you to reduce daily overwhelm and boost confidence. Parents and carers are welcome to attend coaching sessions with their child if it feels helpful. We always take into account the child’s age, preferences, and needs.
Some people benefit from just a few sessions to help with a specific challenge, while others prefer longer-term support to build skills and confidence over time.
We usually recommend starting with 4 sessions, which gives us time to explore your goals, try out strategies, and see what’s working. After that, we can review together and decide what’s right for you going forward – whether that’s more regular sessions, occasional check-ins, pausing or ending.
You can call or email to book.
