Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Workshops

Our CPD workshops are designed for people who support others; whether you’re working in education, social care, health, community services, voluntary roles, or therapeutic practice.

We understand the challenges practitioners face in a fast-changing world, and our workshops aim to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. Grounded in lived experience and evidence-informed approaches, each session offers meaningful opportunities for reflection, learning, and practical skill-building.

Using real-life examples, group discussions, and hands-on activities, our engaging and accessible workshops equip you with tools and insights you can immediately apply in your professional context.

Whether you’re supporting children, young people, adults, or families, you’ll leave feeling more confident, informed, and connected to inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed approaches.

Workshops are delivered online or face-to-face and open to individuals and organisations.

We also offer bespoke delivery for teams. If you’d like to commission a workshop, buy in a training session for your team, or discuss your CPD needs, please contact Danielle at danielle.prince@kapella.org.uk.
